Whats the repair estimate and neighborhood like on the Auberndale house? We don't normally keep rentals so far from home - but I've been thinking about taking on something further from the water (we are low lying and a block away) that I could rent seasonally and keep for ourselves in August-November. What are the current mortgage details?

That house is under contract at the moment.
Should it not close by monday, I'll respost it for sale/ for rent.
