Hi Folks!
For those of you who don't know me, I am Bruce Macomber, a.k.a 'neodemes'.
Some time back as I was surfing the 'net I decided cyberspace needed me. :thumbup:
Its not that there was a shortage of Real Estate related web sites out there, its just that, well, they were all beginning to look alike.
So I set out to break all the rules, starting with the name: Neodemesne
Then I created a truly unique lead generation system to bring the elements of every REI transaction together - Homeowners wishing to sell their home through non-conventional methods, home buyers who might not qualify for traditional financing and Real Estate Investors who know how to put it all together.
Then I wrapped it all up into an affordable package with a viral marketing incentive to help spread the word.
