I'm curious to know what software tools others are using. I depend on an analysis package for prospecting. It is getting a little long in the tooth and is due for an update but it looks like the people who wrote it are long gone. I can't complain, I have gotten several years use out of it. I really like it because I can do a projection when buying and then use the actual numbers to refine the model for the next time.
I also use a document assembly program from a company that is no longer in business. (Seems to be a theme with me, huh.) I will use this as long as it will run because it saves me time and makes me money.
I also use a property management package that allows me to manage repair requests help to keep a close eye on costs. It does much more but this is probably the most valuable to me (This one is actually still supported and a new upgrade is being installed this weekend. It is an ASP model with a monthly or yearly package.)
So what do others use?
