Looks like you have a great community here and I'd just encourage you all to continue giving. It's giving hearts that will build this community and make it something special.

I've been investing in real estate since 1998. My specialty is ugly houses. I've done a good bit of wholesaling and rehabbing, and I teach others how to invest through my website www.FlippingHomes.com. It is my goal to teach others how to achieve the quality of life they are looking for by doing quality deals. If I can ever be of any help to any of you just let me know.
