Tax lien certificates

I am new to investing. Does anyone have good information on investing in tax lien certificates? I live in Georgia. Need to know how to get started. Can this be done online or do I have to go to the courthouse? Just really need the very basic info to be able to get started. Thanks.

You'll get an overload of info by doing a google seach on "tax lien" +Georgia. A few days ago I found a few sites in the bunch that offered courses for as little as $25.
