Are there any out of state investors that are buying properties
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma?
Yes I Am selling.
I have over $80,000 into the property.
My appraiser is saying that it should appraise for every bit of $130,000.
The property will be ready for showing around March 10th.
I will be asking for a starting bid of $105,000.
Pictures will be available around the same time.
Did I mention that each unit has over 1,300 square feet?
