Since is costs essentially nothing to do and I think it may be benificial, I created a forum for minnesota investors at www.mnreinet.com. The reason for this is not to take anything away from magicbullets.com. I just feel like there are situations where having national forums is nice, but knowing the other guy is a few miles away from you seems more personal somehow. All of my other fellow MB Fambly are welcome to join, but as I said, my hopes are for it to be localized if possible. This is a complete try the idea type thing to see what happens. In a sense I hope it to become a local club of sorts, but have no plans to take away anything from the local clubs in the area either. Just trying to fit a niche to benefit my fellow investors. Your posts and registrations will tell me if it is beneficial. At this point it is purely a forum. If it becomes more popular, I am sure more content specific to twin cities/mn investors will be added.
