Folks, I just wanted to get this list put up here front and center so that you have some resources to refer to when you need to investigate something or other along the way, I encourage everyone to go surfing and bring back the knowledge you find out on the web. I don't want to take any hostages I think family members should be free to come and go as they please.

the list is off the hook Dan. Bought your book on line about two weeks ago. Have read it twice already. It's a marvelous tool for a newbie such as me. Preparing to get in the game coach....did cash out refi on my house (got rid of commercial debt, raised FICO), developing better relationship with my banker, began looking at fixer uppers and 4-6 unit apartment bldgs, talking to sellers to get an idea what to say and how to say it. Put myself on a 6 month development plan. Should be ready to make 1st deal spring of next year.

I use the fine print software from www.fineprint.com every day. I like it because you can print 2 pages on each side of an 8.5x11 sheet and still read it!

I also use it to print a little booklet for my tenants. It gives helpful information about rules, expectations, due dates, local services, schools, merchants, etc. I can print it on normal paper, use a stapler and have an inexpensive but useful give away for my tenant.

Hello. I do not know if I'm posting this in the right forum. There is a real estate radio show called "Real Estate Insiders". They are on the AM band. The home station is WJS in Detroit. They have a website where you can email them your questions. Their last time on the air will be next Sunday, 9:05 to 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.

People call in from all over and ask questions. From what I heard today, they seem to be good based upon what one caller said. If they can't give you the full answer on the air, they ask you to hold and they talk to you off the air. They are going to start a blog soon and maybe go back on the air some time next April.

Hope this is some good info. for everybody.

I wish that I had done a "Background check" on RehabList.com and
William Allen / WillamAllenCorporation before I bought into their system. I was Very Very unhappy with their performance, and they never agreed to return my payment even though I NEVER used their Product/service.

We tend to take these issues on a one on one Basis Jax. If we started a discontent thread it could run for miles and may not be accurate leading to libel suits and threats etc...

The best thing we as a group can do is ask for opinions before going ahead with and one certain, Plan, program or offer.

If the damage is already done then give me the details and a contact email address and I'll put some pressure on them for you.
