I have read his free stuff twice and have many audio newsletters in my email waiting for me to listen to! :) I will be ordering his course here in the very near future!

I especially love the different contingencies he uses for foreclosures. (Oh, and the fact that he recommends celebration trips-and his favorite is Disney World!) :) I look forward to studying a lot more of his stuff in the near future. :praise:
