Here is a list of some lenders that sell their repos.

http://www.mhvillage.com/ (not a lender, but lenders list here. You'll find listings from 21st and vmf with more info than you get from the lenders' own sites)
http://www.vmfrepos.com/index.cfm (this is vanderbilt, usually an easy company to work with but their website is very slow. When you click a link and it doesn't go to the page, click it again. I think it's a prob with their server.)
http://www.gtservicing.com/contactus.html (this is green tree, you need to call them and ask about repos. Green tree bought several MH Lenders' Assets. they bought out conseco a few years ago. Conseco was a sub prime lender and went bankrupt because of the repos)

I suspect that one or two of those books are takeoffs from Lonnie Scruggs' Deals on Wheels [DOW])
