Does anyone know any reliable source of data (over the web) that I can use to look up property information and sales comparables?

I dont mind paying but most of the services i've been testing have outdated information especially for the NJ/PA states. I know i can go to the county office (NJ county websites are really of no use), but I do belief in the power of the internet.

Thanks for your help.

kamiera,
i just remembered the website to check on a neighborhood is bestplaces.net. you should take their info lightly cuz i compared it with some realtor info that i got out of the philadelphia magazine based on 2004 and the websites #'s were off. as far as comps i go to homeradar.com. take their info lightly also cuz i know the philly area & sometimes they throw addresses in their that are not near my particular goal. :xxrotflma

HI Kimesha,
I am in philly too, is there anything that you can tell me about how to determine Fair Market Value in the different sections of the city. Since the properties are so dense I just want to make my investment moves in the best Philly wards possible.

Thank you Sweetheart for any info. surrounding this.

hi terell,
go to your closest newstand and pick up this months latesi issue of philadelphia magazine. the cover says " How much is your property worth" it gives a breakdown of the average value of each zipcode. remember this is the AVERAGE value but it should help you figure out what are you want to concentrate on. by the way what part r u in?
