Hi everyone, I payed the 30 day trial fee for the Carleton Sheets course, and it came with two free DVDs and we had planned on selling them on Ebay and get the $10 back that we payed for the course, but I decided that I would rather help somebody out on here and give them away.
There are two:
1. How to get cash back at closing:when you buy real estate
2. How to skyrocket your profits with distressed and foreclosure properties.
I would like to give you both but, I want to be fair, so only one per person. PM me with your choice and your address and I shall send it to you. Perhaps you could arrange a swap after you have viewed the one you recieve...?
Please note: These videos are geared for the novice investor.
Also-there will be NO charge! Not even for shipping! All I ask is that you pass them on to another investor in need when you are finished viewing them. :)
First come, first served! Sorry. :) Let the race begin...

That's the spirit Ryan. Now if it just weren't ole Carlton. But beggers can't be choosers! :SM029:

Well, if you want to get really technical, the only thing that Carleton really does on these videos is introduce his "students". They do all of the explaining on the techinques. :)
I would offer a free CD that I got as well, but honestly, it sounds like Carleton is falling asleep throught the whole thing and it is very repetitive. (i.e. "So you are worth HOW much now? All of this from buying my course?") Anyways, there is a bit of info on the DVDs though if you are fairly new. :)

I've seen Carlton's ads and saw the $9.99 offer, but what's the catch? How much does the program cost if you keep it past the warranty time?

Gentlemen, the truth is Carlton is only the face these days, he sold the company and his name to a big outfit who now uses his old model to collect newbies by the gross. Carlton does nothing but commercials and lend his name!
I have always despised his get rich quick approach but some of the basics are worth at least reading about, just don't think ole Carlton is going to get you in a mansion on the beach anytime soon.
Every old time investor has Carlton in a box in the garage because they wouldn't even want to give it away to someone but they themselves baught it just because they were willing to invest in what was perceived as educational material back in the day.
There is so much good information today (John Michael, Biker Jim, Dave Whisnant, Steve Cooke, Bill Bronchick etc...) that you would be foolish to waste time even reading Carltons worn out, out dated fodder for infomercial sales!
Stay tuned here and pay attention! :whip:

There is no catch--at least not yet, as I haven't called to request my cancellation number. If you keep the course they bill you in four payments of $75/month, PLUS they charge you $30 for shipping, that you didn't have to pay in the first place for the trial.
However, I would have to agree with Dan. The information in this course is geared for someone who doesn't know very much. As Dan said, Carelton is the face, the actual people doing the "teaching" are usually "students" of his. If I were to spend $300 on a course, you can bet that I would want something from someone more like Bill Bronchick, Steve Cook, or John Locke. Or even David Whisnant--after finding who he is and reading his free material! :)
My biggest pet peeve with the Sheets program is this--he says things in a way to convince you the only way to get "rich" is through his course.
