Okay, here's the first post. How cool is that?
Hey, Dan, I just wanted to say that this is a really good idea you had, to have local posting mixed in with the overall site. That's awesome!
Anyway, Okay Texas, now's your chance to be heard. As for me, I'm still pretty new at REI, focusing mainly on lease options and rentals in the DFW area. I use other investment strategies whenever I can, also. I am not an expert at anything in particular, but I will help out wherever I can. Feel free to PM me anytime.

That's the idea Andy! This area is used to network across the country whether someone needs you to fill them in on current conditions in your area of the country or your just looking to find other investors to network with in your area, this is the place to do it! I should have cranked it up earlier, but relatively speaking our site is very new and we will be adding features for years so this probably is just in time regarding the latest add on. :SM023:
