Hey Guys & Girls,

I am here to help you sell your homes. I have great flyers available upon request that you can leave at your open houses or even email to potential buyers. I will work with you to provide great financing options for your buyers. Email or call me anytime with any loan scenario (be sure to include the state). Also, your buyer can sign his/her disclosures via email with a click of a few buttons. We may not even need an appraisal with some loan programs. I will help you widen your pool of potiential buyers by providing excellent subprime & first time buyer financing. A paper loans are always welcome.

Best Regards,

I have a question for you. Do you have a program where I can get paid if I bring qualified people to who, who need a loan and you can close on the loan.

I am not to familiar with all of the mortgage lingo, but I know some people investors who have people who need a loan fill out a 10 something and they submit it to the mortgage company they work with.

If the mortgage company takes the loan that I referred to them, then I will get paid. Hopefully this isnt confusing. Just curious.

Thanks for asking, but Respa wouldn't like that too much. It's against the law unless you start up a marketing company and convience brokers to pay you for every lead weather they sale or not (Like other marketing companies). You would need to google this issue to make sure your walking the staight & narrow.

Good Luck,

I have never tried it myself or tried to approach a company about this, I just thought I would ask you.

I guess the people who told me they do this are lying and full of it? They made it seem quite easy. I would just thought I ask, becuase I always get people who are looking to buy homes, they need financing, you know the drill.

I usually give them the names and numbers of a few mortgage companies and people that I know of in the business. I never thought to ask them about a comission system because I was just told about it.

Maybe I described it wrong to you and there is something similar?

Hi Brandon,

I refer a local young mortgage broker quite often to people who need loans.
He agressively gets you good rates - and gets troubled borrowers financed. Possibly it is against the law to get paid for that...don't really know. What our guy does is thank us by giving us breaks on our own morgage fees. Works for us!

Hey Anthony, Can I get a copy of the flyer?
