Dan, and others,
Great idea for a local state forum!
I think I understand the gist of this, so let me begin for my state.
Folks, if you live in florida, want to live in Florida, or invest here, even both, and need someone to talk to about the market, or just network, shout out here.
I've been investing/living in Florida since 2001, and before that in Illinois for a few years.
I've learned by doing, and have figured out a few things along the way, specific to Florida and its real estate climate.
I have people I can refer you to for services, etc, and can just plain chat with you about investing in general, or as specific as you want to get.

So, join in here everyone.......and Dan, thanks, this is really cool!

Help each other with deals.....nationally and locally, all at www.magicbullets.com

Very COOL!!

Folks don't forget to visit Jims site at www.rementors.com Jim is way to modest! :praise: Folks if your in Florida you need to get with Big Jim here. He will MAKE YOU MONEY! I back him up 110% in fact if you buy one of his very understandable programs and don't like it for any reason. I will repay you every cent you paid. So you have nothing to lose! I believe in him and you should TOO! :SM123:

REIaddicted,
Branson?
Never heard of it. :-)

Seriously though, frankly, 'the mouse' as locals call it here, had nothing to do with why I moved here.
In fact, it was not even the market, just a huge urge to live where the sun shines most of the time, and there are PLENTY of things for a biker to do all year around.
Mission accomplished.
I love living somewhere that within 60-90 minutes I can drive and either be on a beach at the Atlantic ocean or the Gulf of Mexico.
I still giggle sometimes when I see palm trees, even in my own yard, and especially while sitting in my screen room talking on the phone to relatives 'up north' who are watching it snow from indoors.

Missouri is not that bad, but still not warm enough for my liking.

Glad to see you stop by here, tell your friends,
Jim FL

With the weather warming, all the bikers brought the bikes out for the local harley parade ! What a sight

I grew up in Sunny California on the back of my dad's bike, Taking long rides and rounding those curves, leaning so close you could almost touch the ground ..... In the day :SM107:

I always threaten the kids that I am moving back to the sunshine state and will ONLY have an e-mail so they can contact me.. hehehehehehe
