Periodically, we mention the Mr. Landlord (www.mrlandlord.com).
I keep forgetting to mention another site that is well worth looking into.
This site is called the "Landlord Protection Agency" (http://www.thelpa.com).
I have been a member for the last couple of years. In fact, I have several years advanced paid membership. Why? It's cheaper plus I'm very, very pleased with THELPA.
I am also a paid membership with Mr. Landlord (yearly). However, it is of my opinion that it is slowly detoriating therefore I have no plan to renew. However, I expect it to change and improve and will keep an eye on it. I still suggest/refer anyone to www.mrlandlord.com website.
There are similiarities as well as differences between the two websites.
If I am not mistaken, the owner of THELPA is a respected member here at Magic Bullets.
