Thanx, Dan. I peeked at a few forms and I'm impressed. Another good source for legal forms is www.nolopress.com

Thanks for the resources. I could use these for my website and put them in the resource section.
People are always looking for forms and I am weary of giving mine out. Do you think if I was to give someone my forms and they did something wrong and had some legal trouble would I be held liable for that. Thats my only concern, since we live in a society that is lawsuit happy.

You can always add the "Disclaimer" comment
Brandon, if you're giving your forms free, why not put them on your site for people to download? I've had great success doing that.
Most of my forms are either written or reviewed by a local RE attorney, so I know that I'm okay in my state. For all others I make it clear that my forms are state-specific. If interested, look at www.askaldo.info.

I will look into it.
You should not have recieved a timeout error...
However the directory is set to only allow one listing per URL and your site is listed here (http://www.rentalcashflow.com/directory.asp?cmd=2&cid=14&sid=210)
