Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and fairly new to investing. What are some tips and ideas for
investing in the market we are in right now. My area never appreciated like California but we did see a
lot of growth but we are now seeing flat line prices and some declines. Is this a good time to stay on
the sidelines or do you push forward? I know the bottom is a great time to buy but what about when the
prices are falling? Thanks for your help!

I am confused here!
The way I've read your posts, you are showing inconsistency.
This thread of yours sound like you're a newbie who has very limited knowledge on how to proceed/not to proceed in purchasing RE.
Your next post I've read

You're promoting yourself as a notebroker.
Then I've read your next post

You're promoting yourself as a semi-newbie who inquiring hard money lender
I have two questions for you in which I would appreciate your honesty:
Who/what/where are you?
What exactly are you attempting to accomplish from Magic Bullets?

Ditto! It appears to be a targeted "drive by" from my perspective trying to get traffic to his/her links without actually posting in the commercial advertising section. If it were up to me, I would delete.

Just being tactful and giving him the benefit of the doubt :SM100:
I'll delete if he doesn't respond within 24 hours.
