Keith, I'm in Pittsburgh as well, on Troy Hill. My partner is in Highland Park. And we'd probably be interested in a bird dog, maybe even a junior partner.

Hello,
I'm in Charlotte, NC...if anyone is interested.
I'm also looking for an investor that can mentor me.
A "junior partner"...doesn't sound like a bad idea.
Thanks!!!

Also I go to the Lake of the Ozarks and Rolla area from time to time. I'm out there looking for myself. Would be glad to work out a deal to bird dog for whomever.

So if I mentioned the Allegheny Brewery and North Catholic you may just know what I am talking about?

If you mean Penn Brewery, my garage looks out on their upper parking lot. *grins* And North Catholic is down at the far end of my street, about 2 blocks away.
So no, wouldn't have a clue. *grins*
What's up, Brian? Got more deals than money and looking to farm one off? Or just reminiscing about the old neighborhood?

I am very familiar with Penn Brewery, actually had a client who had his offices in there.
