Kudos to whomever created this site!!! The information that is available here for FREE is absolutely phenomenal!

I posted a link to this site on the local REIA forum I belong to only to find it had been removed a few hours later (could it be that those paying for the training will stop attending the classes and not renew their dues?). I plan to retain my membership in the local forum because I received great recommendations for affordable insurance, handyman, and carpeting. I still have a LONG WAY TO GO in building my team and the local REIA will be very instrumental there.

Thank you all for the help that has been provided thus far and I look for a long and prosperous relationship.

It is possible that they are not familiar with Magic Bullets. It is possible that they thought Magic Bullets is a fee based website.

Welcome to the family MSI! So many, almost all of them seek to horde and delete information relating to competing sites.
I've always felt that was absurd and scarcity mentality based, how in the world are you supposed to exchange information and good resources if you sensor everything that is worth a visit?

Some forums have odd rules. I moderated LeGrand's forums for around two years, and ANY link or e-mail was to be deleted immediately. It didn't matter what it went to or who it was to, it got deleted... period.
