please leave me your info. I have tons of properties that i can send you.....now, as far as the 1k referral fee, how would one know what you bought and didnt? is there a price range you are looking at and what type of return?

1.Referral fee?
Would be more than happy to have some sort of bird dog contract signed in advance,that would cover all properties that you send me.

You can refer them via email to have a written record of the referral,I suppose.Maybe someone on here will have a contract they can share.

Relax,if you're sending me deals,I won't be doing anything to stop the flow.

Price range?
I prefer homes that I can resell to middle class families.
ARV somewhere between $90k and $220k.

Minimum 15 - 20% equity.

All cash deals.
