To make a long story short I have a 5 Bedroom Frame Home in the 5700 block of South LaSalle in the city of Chicago that must sell ASAP. I was left with this property after being scammed and led astray by some "Investors" (crooks) who inflated the appraisal and left me with a home that I cannot rent out. The "investors" (crooks) ran off with the rehab funding and left me with this huge problem. This was my very first attempt at getting into real estate investing and now my loss will perhaps be your gain. 5 bedrooms, 2 story frame, one bath.
I owe the bank BIG MONEY because of this very stupid mistake (trusting a crook). Fortunately the bank is willing to consider letting this property go at a ridiculously low price. It's a small bank and I correspond regularly with the president in hopes of resolving this matter quickly. They are very open to a short sale and would move ahead with recouping some of their loss because of this scam in which we both have been a victim. For the right investor, you could make a huge sum off of this deal and help me and the bank in the process.
