there are some sites out there that have wholesale deals or are real estate communities.
magicbullets is a great resource for sharing ideas and posting questions, but there are others out there that dont have the forums like magicbullets but have property that you can look through as well as a network of investors and realtors you can have help you find these deals. the one that i tend to use the most for finding wholesale real estate (http://www.rehabahouse.com) is rehabahouse.com. its free like this site but it has property
