I sure haven't done this for a long time...lol. But I just got a tip on a lot in Cape Coral. Supposedly it is waterfront? The 12/30/06 Appraisal was 490k. They are asking 370k and self-proclaimed "seriously motivated".

I'm getting more info, so if anyone is in this area and remotely interested, let me know.

Tommy, ask Ray Higdon what he thinks. Things where seriously overpriced down there and prices are out of whack, be careful, last years appraisal isn't realistic today. 12/30/06 just to be sure is like less than a month old right?

Carrying costs could get you while this one sits brother, Alligators are in the land as well as on it down there!
