Wow, you must know about all there is to know about real estate. Just a quick glance through the contents was an eye-opener. Super-thorough, Dan. Great content!

BTW, Hubby, who normally couldn't care less about my business (and other) books saw this and did a double-take. Note the book just arrived yesterday and he immediately began to ask me for more info rapid-fire, like:

The book is for people who are just the average guy like me??
And his stuff really works?
Does he have properties?
What kind of job does he have?


...gosh, and I hadn't even had a chance to read the book yet?! It just arrived yesterday ....

Thanks for the Vote Diana, The idea is to have raving fans as Ken Blanchard would say, But the only way to do that is to see people succeed through using the advice. I am getting some great feedback from people who are using the advice in selling. But I have a problem about boasting so lets not.Thanks Diana again, please do keep us informed of hubbies enthusiasm levels and for heavens sakes go out and do it!
