In one of my other businesses, we used the versa-check program and blank check stock. It worked great. We only had two problems. The first being the bank. They were unfamilliar with the checks and wanted to hold them for a longer than normal period before posting to the bank account (no real problem) and the other was a customer using stolen bank info. We got hooked for the money. After a little investigaive work, I called the would be customer, let them know that I know where they live and the names of their accomplices and that I'd be sending out the FBI to pick em up. They overnighted a bank check and all was good. And, yes, they still got locked up for theft.

Thinking about this technique. I dont know if my tenants would agree to this upfront BUT. I bet they would be more amiable to it if I agreed to do a one time waiver of a late fee if they signed up for the remainder of the lease.
