I got a call from a guy in Michigan who wants to sell off his inventory in MI of about 120 properties which he says are all rented out. I am in Florida so MI is out of my comfort zone. However, I told him that I was associated with a network of other investors (via this forum and others) that I could maybe help him out. He says the properties are in the $40k to $90K range and have about 75% LTV. If you are serious about this and think you can handle picking up a bunch, let me know and I an try to hook you up with this guy.
