Hello,
I am getting started with my bird-dogging business. I recently completed my website and have started getting pre-qualified leads to fill out their information on my website!
Here is my question...
I am wanting to send out direct mailings (post cards and letters) to those facing foreclosure and I was told that I would be able to search the lis pendens filed at the courthouse and get the names and addresses from that. However, when I went/called the courthouse (for 2 different counties) they say that there is no such record filed in the state of Georgia. Is this true? Am I looking in the wrong place?
What are other ways that you have found useful for getting names and addresses of those people in pre-foreclosure?
