Looking for any investors in the Arkansas area to help with deals....I would do a search on the internet for Realtors and network with them! What part of Arkansas are you in?

I am in Springfield MO but I am looking at some property in the clarksville, ft smith area.

As well, while I have you here... I am reading up on the old dogpatch usa property.... very interesting.. but I would want PROOF and title insurance for this title....

With everything that went with this 150 acres... I can tell ya people will all have their hands out. I am also interested in researching to see if their are any liens on the property.

Hey dluckie or anyone else in LR. I grew up there and went to Central High. I moved to Atlanta 13 years ago. But, if you come across any nice SFH that you want to flip or assign let me know. I know someone who might be interested.
