Hi Fambly,
I received the Springfield Area Landlord Association (SALA) newsletter.
It announced that we have a speaker named G.K. Mangelson on Feb 12th.
From what I understand, he's an expert of lawsuit protection and tax reduction. He's also an author of "Advanced Tax and Asset Protection Training Manual", "Cover Your Assets: Lawsuit Protection", "America's Greatest Tax Secrets Revealed" and "Total Estate Planning".
Supposedly he is a nationally recognized speaker as well as shared the stage with Lady Margaret Thatcher, Colin Powell, ex-Prez Reagan/Ford/Bush.
Maybe Jeff and I should be ashamed but, um, we have never heard of him!
Normally, we go to SALA meetings almost faithfully.
My question----Due to so many untrustworthy "Gurus", just how much should G.K.'s comments go from one ear to the other?
