Acronyms & abbreviations?

Does anyone know of a reference for acronyms and abbriviations used in the real estate investing world.
Much "REI speak" is in shorthand (FSBO, BPO, NOI, etc.) so it would help those of us that don't know them all.

I've been lanldlording for about 29 years and I still run across acronyms and abbreviations that are a mystery to me. The beauty of it is that once you learn them, someone creates a new one. Then, after exterting a lot of effort to learn what they mean, you'll find that many are totally useless in your specific area of investment or your personal preference. The ones you mentioned are:
FSBO - For Sale By Owner - that's a good one
BPO - Never heard of it
NOI - Net Operating Income - Important to some, but not all
