All,

Where can I purchase an AFFORDABLE "Option to Purchase Florida Residential Real Estate Agreement" that has the legalese language that allows both the Optionee and the Seller (Optionor) to both market the property. Whoever finds a Buyer first is allowed to sell the property. This purpose of this clause is to provide virtually no risk for the Optionee or Optionor. The Optionee has the opportunity to find a Buyer AND the Seller has the opportunity to find a Buyer. First one to find a Buyer wins!

I also need to find an AFFORDABLE "Affidavit and Memorandum of Purchase of Florida Residential Real Estate Agreement" to use just in case Optionee finds a Buyer first but the Seller will not sell.

Please provide me with the contact information of an attorney, investor, etc. who can legally sell me these contracts for an AFFORDABLE price. I am interested in purchasing these contracts since someone had to spend a lot of time drafting them!

Thanks,

Ryan

Ryan,
I have both, and am willing to share, for FREE.
However, I went to email you, here from the forum and you have that feature turned off.
So, drop me an email and I'll send it over to you.

Unfortunately, one of my emails has been giving me issues today, so, try this address and I'll fire the forms over to ya: rementors@hotmail.com (now the full time, fully working email for me, all issues resolved.)

Take care,
Jim FL

Thanks, Jim. I received the e-mail and both of the agreements. These will be very useful!

Thanks,

Ryan

I'm late with a reply, but if you're still seeking paperwork I suggest Carbonare's The Naked Investor (http://www.naked-investor.com). Lots of good info at a very reasonable cost.

Is there information for Nonexclusive or Exclusive Option to Purchase Agreements that are NOT connected with a Lease or Lease Option?

Thanks,

Ryan

Hi, Ryan. You're referring to a straight option, or a pure option. Yes, that is discussed and included. Although you may want to contact Michael directly for the specifics.
