I saw an article talking about this on yahoo the other day. I went and checked that site after reading the article, but it looked like all I could find where travel trailers.
Thanks for the heads up.
Hopefully I will be updating my thread soon with some good news. We shall see.

PQ,
I looked at this info as well, and saw the travel trailers.
I wish I had a place to put them frankly.
See, I have this local fellow to me, met him last year, he was trying to sell me an overpriced bar/pub.
Anyway, he has this little RV park.
It's a plot of land, with 20 pads on it, electric poles with meters at each pad, and water hookup. Not sure really how he deals with septic, never got that far with him.
However, here is what he has done.
He has 20 travel trailers and fifth wheels, ones he bought cheap, used, not pretty, but clean, and liveable.
He rents them out, weekly.
His cashflow is killer!
He told me the most expensive 'trailer' in his little park, cost him $4,000, 'because its so nice'.
He bought the land, with the pads in place, etc, for under $100k, and charges $150/week per trailer.
He also has a little barnshed he put on the property, with coin operated laundry machines in them, and a creek that runs thru the edge of his land.
When I saw his setup, and the cashflow, it made me think.
There are quite a few RV parks here in FL, so surely some of these fema trailers would make a good investment.
I'll be frank, when booking a trip to a bike event a last minute a few years ago, all we could find to stay in was a fifth wheel at a fish camp. Worked nice for the weekend for us, and the owner, for $300 outa me for it.
If the numbers work, I'll buy anything.
Anyway, just rambling.

be careful on travel trailers often the roofs leak and it is a lot of work to repair.

Something is amiss. If you double click on the left side of the auction list on the info about the trailer for sale....the very first one for sale in ALabama is a 2005 ..14 X 64..I ain't into trailers...but I's sure hate to have to pull that d@mn thing up to my place in Montana...it ain't no travel trailer.
Look around...you may be surprised at what you find,...yes, some are gonna be dogs...but there are probably some there also that have never been used.
FEMA still has over 27,500 in MS alone that are in use and will eventually be up for sale.
Good luck,
Bill H
