With tax deadlines just around the corner how many of you can say doing your taxes was a piece of cake? That in one day you completed your tax returns and got it in the mail? Or better yet, how many of you pulled your hair out and stayed up late, wondering where all your money went and how to report it to the IRS? Well let me tell you tax season doesn't have to be stressful. As a matter of fact I am here to make your tax season less stressful if I can, by recommending QuickBooks.
Now I have to admit, QuickBooks can be intimadating. All financial software programs could use a teacher and QuickBooks isn't any different in that respect. But QuickBooks, unlike the other programs, is the financial software of choice used by CPA's all over the country. And once you learn QuickBooks, you'll wonder what took you so long to get crackin.
Every financial software program needs a Chart of Accounts and Items List. And some programs come with a pre-defined list. Just enough to get you going but not enough to really make a difference. When I teach QuickBooks I give you my own Chart of Accounts and Items list which is very extensive. It covers everything including the kitchen sink..and literally! For property managers, I will teach you how to add your own.
Don't let a good financial program that can make your life easier, slip through your fingers because you don't know how to use it.
I have CD ROMS for versions 2005, 2006 and 2007, which will teach you QuickBooks inside and out, and if that isn't enough I have online classes.
