Jeff Beaubien's L/O courses

Has anyone taken his Lease Option course? I am interested in buying a lease option course, and curious if his is as good as it sounds. Any others you might recommend based on YOUR experiences?

I've read most of Jeff's course, and have actually talked with him personally a few times.
He's a good guy, who is knowledgable in his chosen teaching topic, the lease purchase deal.

Frankly, there are tons of lease option courses out there.
I know of at least 50 different ones, and out of those, would only stear someone away from a couple.
The basic concept of a sandwich lease option, or lease purchase deal is pretty much the same in all.
The difference in my opinion will be some of the paperwork, and the authors own 'style' for presenting the offers to sellers, etc.

If you want a relatively in-expensive, all inclusive lease option course, Jeff's would be as good a choice as any.
I think I've got about 5 or 6 of them from various authors on my bookshelf, and each offers its own little kernel of knowledge that helps make money.
You can never have too much education in this business.

I know that with what you learn in Jeff's course you can do deals, and should you need support, he offers a free forum, plus, just about any REI forum has posters who can help with lease options.........here included.

Thanks Jim! I really appreciate your input here...I have also been looking into Wendy Patton...I have heard good things about her. I haven't seen or heard about her course though, only a bootcamp, which sounds EXTREMELY fun and informative. I think I will start off with Jeff's course and work into buying some more after doing a few deals.

I bought his course back in 2002. I like his contracts and they are worth the price of the course.
