Redemption Period 3 years Interest Rate 16%

The current government mandated interest rate being offered to all Arizona tax lien certificate investors is 16%. To avoid losing their home to the Arizona tax lien certificate investor, the delinquent tax payer must step forward and pay the local government what the investor paid to purchase the Arizona tax lien certificate PLUS interest, before the three year redemption period passes! If the home owner fails to pay within the statute mandated "Redemption Period" the Arizona tax lien certificate investor can seek ownership of the property.
