Tangible Benefits of MB Membership.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting my first Magic Bullets family member in person. ChrisGA (Chris Stephens, Golden Touch Properties, Savannah, GA) and I met here and have been corresponding off the boards.

He requested that we help him with the inspection of his newest project in rehabbing a house in Savannah. Last week we met there (just over an hour away) and performed a formal structural inspection of the property and sent him an inspection report on it to add to his lender package.

Of course he paid our fee and we intend to consider undertaking more ventures in the future as he has shown some interest in our project here in Rocky Ford. It becomes TANGIBLE when you put the check in the bank.

By the way, Chris has located a "jewel" in his latest project (A two-story "shotgun" that is in amazingly good condition considering it was built in 1905.) He's got a good operation going over there and we pray for his continued success.

Therefore, to all of you out there that are watching the boards, you can't take the "TANGIBLE" home unless you actually join this site.

I can only imagine what it will be like in 20 years! I intend on building it year in and year out for a very long time, it's people like you Charley that make the model work.
