I have noticed recently that lenders are now requiring 12 to 24 months seasoning on title before you can refinance a property or sell to someone else. If you are having this problem I do still have a couple of lenders who have no seasoning requirements. These are the two phone calls I get now. Someone has purchased a property under market, rehabbed it, and now want to sell it or refinance it and pull money out. If you are trying to get out of that 14.99% hard money loan, you can.
