I do remodeling work and With the houses here being forclosed on I wanna buy a few and redo them and flip them. alot of them are in great areas and hold great resale values for a little price and hard work ill take care of the work just need the cash till I can Filp the hell outta of them I have a crew that can strip and rebuild in a couple weeks.
