Hi folks,

Dan has asked me to drop by and introduce myself and my new website. My name is Scott Roemermann and I have recently put together the website - Investing-Secrets.com (http://www.investing-secrets.com/). What was my motivation for doing so?

I felt there was a strong need for a resource that provides reviews of the gurus and their strategies. I think this is important so that people can consciously choose a strategy ahead of time rather than just grab hold of the first guy they hear that sounds excited and successful. It's important to know why you are pursuing one strategy over another. ie. why are you doing flips instead of tax liens, or foreclosures instead of abandoned properties AND MORE IMPORTANTLY what are your other options. Why not spend a couple of months becoming aware of your alternatives before spending 7, 10, 30 years using a less effective strategy???

I have a free report available called "7 Traps to Avoid When Getting Started in Real Estate" and it's available directly from the homepage.

Dan, it's a valuable resource you have made available here so I'm sure I'll be back every now and then.

To your success.

Thanks for dropping by Scott. I checked out your offer and I'm thinking, hey folks this is a good one. For less than $40 bucks your giving away a ton of great information.

I already looked at your 7 secrets Scott and if what you have there is any indication of the quality of the materials you have in this monster package for pennies on the dollar then indeed people are going to be way ahead of the game without getting sucked into some $5,000 bootcamp right out of the gate.

You are right on the mark with finding your natural attraction in real estate early, you can waste a lifetime if your not careful.

Scott, if you could take payment by paypal, I would have already taken you up on this killer offer, so maybe you might consider that! Regardless give me some time here and we'll get those materials.

I'm glad to see you mention that you will be around, I know your a busy fellow but we do have the comfort of knowing that when we need to ask you a question regarding your materials that we can reach you and get those answers right here for all to see. Thanks again Scott it really is a pleasure having you with us! Dan and the crew. :SM040: :SM128:
