Looking for funding or do you know someone who is? I have partnered up with this JV source I have started to invest a majority of my time into learning how it works and submitting projects. By the end of next week we should have close to 2 Billion in projects going through the platform. Whats in it for you? THE BEST PART: You could potentially be a equity partner on the deal+ you will get paid a % of the project upfront. So, If you know of anyone working on a commercial deal or if you know commercial lenders show them this email and then we can move forward with a conference call. THIS IS Project based not credit score and asset driven.
1) 100% of the needed project cost including Land Acquisition and all
soft and hard cost can be funded
2) Project retains NO debt on the land property is owned free and
clear, no payments, no interest rate, nothing is owed.
3) Project is fully collateralized using a wrap insurance policy.
4) Project preapproved in 48-72 hr
5) Funded is 45-70 days from approval is the average
6) Project Minimum: 10 mil.

Traditonal Funding
10 Mil in financing needed for a project that will sell for 16 Mil
Need 15% down, carrying cost etc.
Best case scenario: Sell project at 16Mil -10 Mil to the bank= profit of 6 Mil -carrying costs
