Hi Dan, or any skilled investor here

Which one of thes froms do you recommend, I have seen so many that I am getting confused not sure which one is the right one.

Purchase & Sale Agreement - Buyer-Friendly

I'm going to Jack Miller's seminar on options on Oct26-28--I don't have my calendar, but it is the last weekend in Oct. starts on Fri and ends sunday. it's only $495 and from what I've heard it is terrific, and knowing jack I'm sure it is terrific.

I am new to the forum, and a novice, I have the opportuniy of putting together a lse option, in connecting with the seller, this home is located in Phoe Az can someone help me with this in what I need
