Is there a real estate terms or something. I hear a lot of terms such as Short Sale, Lease Options, so many ways to buy and I want to understand all of them.

MnB to date I haven't really come across a volume such as this. Each technique is a course in itself, hence all the specific Guru's and their individual courses.

www.realestatecoursereviews.com shows you the plethora of different course writers and by typing in the special technique that you’re looking to learn about into GOOGLE you can be quickly directed to sites that focus on those individual methods.

Ex... www.lease2purchase.com = Lease purchasing
www.naked-investor.com = Lease-option forum
www.reotalk.com = Foreclosure experts
www.purpose.4t.com = Short sales
www.rementors.com = Subject two existing mortgage

Etc... There are probably five different sites for each category, the key is to find your natural niche and exploit your talents in what you feel your best at! :SM117:
