Rehab Guideline?

Hi Everybody,
Been gone a while but I am back!
Does anybody know of any type of Rehab price lists or charts or guidelines one can use when trying to estimate the cost of a rehab without hiring an inspector or appraisor first off?

Also, anything you have that will help with organizing your rehabbing estimates.

yeah that sounds like a good tool to use. Something like a sheet you could quick reference while looking at a deal ie. new windows 1000-1500 new heater 5000-7000 etc.
