Delaware Tax Deed

The state of Delaware is not offering Tax Lien Certificates. None of the current 3 counties issue tax lien certificates. Instead local counties offer Delaware Tax Deeds. When a Delaware home owner refuses to pay their property taxes then the taxing district will sell the property to the winning bidder at annual tax sale auction.
