Thats cool.
Here is the lesson.

Notice it always goes up and down.
Always has and always will.
Plan accordingly.

Buy when it is going down, hold and rent.
Sell only when it is going up.
The masses do the opposite.

Simple buy low and sell high.

It goes down fast and up slow and steady.

Each city and each neighborhood can be a different ride.

2007-2011 areas where people want to retire will continue to climb till 2010 or 2011.

The boomers are coming.
Remember ....yo yos, and holla hoops, then skating centers,
dot com, housing, now drug companies soon retirement houses and then care homes, cemetaries and funeral parlors.

It dont take a rocket scientist to see the marketing trends have followed the nations largest population, the boomers.

Avoid places they will be leaving. They are leaving areas of jobs and headed to college towns, coastal areas and fun vaction type places of water ways, beaches and golf.

Wealthy ones will buy houses in nice areas, poor ones (75%+) will buy small houses and mobile homes.

spec bubble site is interesting, dispelling 99.99% of all the stuff you see on TV and read in newspapers.

How do you feel about the commentary on his videos?
