OK, my ad came out in Friday's paper, 4 calls, 2 showings, signed contract on the unit this morning. The funny thing is these guys never saw the ad, they have friends down the street who saw my sign and told them, dam-I could've save $12 on a 7 day ad!
Anyway it'll shake out that I'll have about $3500 total in the rehab and holding costs, plus $50K purchase price. Sales price of $70K.
Now for the important part.
Is anyone familiar with any parts of Oregon or Washington that aren't real rainy, but still in the wester half of the state? It's getting awful hot and my wife has finally "seen the light".
