Since Dan is kind enough to have this section for FREE educational materials, I thought I'd share as well.
There are many investors out there using the sandwich lease option, or lease purchase method to buy and sell properties.
The most common asked question I hear about these deals is how best to secure them and insure sellers performance, and clear title later.
