I'm directing folks that have experience with Short Sales to this Post (link), so they can speak up in response to our request to have them do a Tele-webcast on Short Sales techniques and insights.
Feel free to speak up if you are doing short sales, so we can key you in on the call.
If you're one of our regular forum members reading this, don't worry, the newsletter will have all the details for you to listen in as the Guru's go into the cage for one hour of non-stop insights coming at you fast and furious. We'll be using the following technology:
http://instantTeleseminar.com/productInfo.asp?x=1300093 (http://instantTeleseminar.com/productInfo.asp?x=1300093)
I voted for thursday at 8pm so we could get the newsletter out earlier that day to let folks know the details and listen in while the call is being recorded.

Guru's: private message me for Moderator access controls for use during the event and the super secret code to get into the call.

Pathetic response rate indicates. Nobody cares about this subject much, so. The heck with this topic.

I care but I gotta admit that I forgot about it (sorry!).
With that said, you did come up with a great idea....
I do think that there's a strong possibility that summertime dictates....uh...I think I'm about to repeat your comment about seasonal activities on the other post. :smiley1:
Methinks we'd get more response during the Fall of 2007. Let's try again in October?

Maybe some respondents will chime in here as the summer slips on by.
i want to learn, in my extremely limited experience in investing i am running into the same issues with realtors that i used to as a loan officer and home inspector. Most of them are stupid, don't have a clue and refuse to learn anything new. What this amounts to is a road block and a waste of time.
It would be great to find out how to get to the source, directly to the person at the lenders that can make the deal.
I will make time for this kind of learning.

I'm by no means a short sale guru, but as far as testing the idea, I'm all in Dan.

Sorry, we've been trying to close a couple shorts ourselves (lenders/buyers/title companies doing their best to screw things up), and with summer we've been doing some major work on our own house - dirt work around the foundation, etc.
I'd definitely like to pow-wow with everybody on short sales, specifically about how to unload them in this market (very soft in Kansas city!). But right now, I can't even schedule a much needed vacation!

Actually, Burke was just asking about your title in the other post you made. I think it was Didi's thread.
