I have no idea. This is why i do all the joint ventures with my leads. I have no time to call all of these people and neither does my assistant hahaha, speaking of which Dan have you gotten one yet its awesome haha! Whoever wants the lead can negotiate with the seller.

Sorry about that, I was joking about Dan making do long hours of painting. Very tired and little goofy due to the fume influence.

I've been spending 6 to 9 hours of painting each day for the last two days. Not to mention today's painting. At least my new house will be finished painting tonight!

With that said, I failed to mention that Dan also has GREAT "assistants" within the MB staff who has done more than me....
